It's all about me

Hello everyone and welcome to my very first attempt ever at a blog. This space is going to be used to post my reactions to certain things I find interesting in the news of the day. First I must warn you. I'm very political and lean to the left on most social issues. I know the world is not a fair place but I see no reason that we as a people cannot strive to make it as fair for everyone as possible. I abhor war and everything that goes with it. I feel that it is only a last resort option when all else has failed that we should ever entertain the idea. Even then it should only be allowed when our own safety is clearly threatened. Not just when there's a profit to be made from it.

That's enough about my political side. There will be plenty of that later on. Now a little about me personally. I'm 46 years old. I was born in Chattanooga Tn. I now live in Dalton Ga. I've been married for 26 yrs now and have two children ages 24 and 25. I love computers ,games,photography,football,good movies and a few television shows.

My favorite shows currently are Battlestar Galactica ,Heroes,The Wire,The Shield,Lost,Veronica Mars,The Daily Show and Studio 60. My favorite movies of the last year are The Departed and Children of Men. I am also a gamer and play a couple of mmorpgs currently. World of Warcraft gets most of my spare time and the rest is spent playing the Lord of the Rings Online beta.

I'll be posting mostly about current events here and my opinions on them. I'll try not to make the content too political. I hope you enjoy the blog.
